What is Nexcordt?
Nexcordt is AI Discord management software with a built-in server builder. It connects to your Discord server, analyses its roles, channels, categories and permissions, turns that into a Health Score, proposes Improvement Plans and applies only the changes you approve. It can also generate a complete server structure from a description.
Can Nexcordt work with an existing Discord server?
Yes. You do not need to rebuild your community. Connect an existing server and Nexcordt analyses what is already there before it proposes anything, reusing existing roles and channels instead of duplicating them.
Does Nexcordt automatically change my server?
No. Nexcordt uses a review and approval process before supported changes are applied. Analysis is read-only, Improvement Plans only propose changes, and Autopilot does not silently modify your server.
What is the Health Score?
The Health Score is Nexcordt's structured, deterministic assessment of server health based on the areas it currently analyses — such as permission structure, role hierarchy and channel organisation. It shows a category breakdown, issues with evidence, positive findings and changes over time. It is not an objective measurement of every aspect of a community.
What does Autopilot do?
Autopilot monitors your connected server for changes, detects new and recurring problems, tracks Health Score trends, surfaces regressions and improvement opportunities, generates insights, raises alerts and provides digests. When action is needed it sends you to the Action Center, where changes go through an Improvement Plan, review and approval. Autopilot's monitoring and insights are rule-based today and do not call an external AI model.
Can I undo changes?
Yes, where supported. Nexcordt records every applied change in its history and can derive a rollback plan for changes it applied. Rollbacks follow the same explicit review and approval as any other change.
