Sign in with Discord and add the Nexcordt bot through Discord's OAuth2 flow. Nexcordt requests only View Channels, Manage Channels and Manage Roles — never Administrator by default — and independently verifies the installation, permissions and role hierarchy on its own server.
Nexcordt reads roles, categories, channels, permission overwrites and hierarchy. The analysis is read-only.
Findings are turned into a deterministic Health Score with a category breakdown, evidence for every issue, positive findings and Health Trends over time.
Nexcordt uses AI to propose evidence-grounded fixes for the detected issues. The plan is a proposal — nothing is changed yet.
You see the exact changes grouped by risk. After you approve, Nexcordt revalidates against the live server, applies the changes and verifies the result. Every apply is recorded, and rollback is available where supported.
Autopilot monitors changes, detects new and recurring problems, tracks the Health Score, raises alerts and sends you to the Action Center when something needs attention. It never changes your server on its own.

Yes. You do not need to rebuild your community. Connect an existing server and Nexcordt analyses what is already there before it proposes anything, reusing existing roles and channels instead of duplicating them.
No. Nexcordt uses a review and approval process before supported changes are applied. Analysis is read-only, Improvement Plans only propose changes, and Autopilot does not silently modify your server.
Nexcordt requests the minimum permissions it needs to read and manage structure: View Channels, Manage Channels and Manage Roles. It does not request Administrator by default, and it cannot change roles positioned above its own role.
