What Nexcordt knows about your server
A plain-language summary of the data we handle. This page describes current beta behaviour.
What we store
- Account data from Discord sign-in: your Discord user id, username and avatar.
- Project data you create in Nexcordt, including the Discord server you connect.
- Server structure we read from Discord: roles, categories, channels and permission settings.
- Product activity: analyses, health scores, generated plans, approvals and applied changes.
What we do not store
- Message content. Nexcordt does not read or store the messages in your server.
- Member lists or member personal data beyond what a role structure requires.
- Credentials or tokens in logs. Error reports are redacted before they are written.
How we use it
- To analyze your server, produce a health score and generate improvement plans.
- To apply only the changes you explicitly approve, and to verify the result afterwards.
- To keep an audit history so you can see and roll back what was changed.
- To operate the service: rate limiting, error monitoring and aggregate product analytics.
Retention and deletion
- Operational telemetry (error and analytics events) is pruned on a rolling schedule.
- You can delete a project at any time, which removes its stored analyses and plans.
- To delete your account and all associated data, contact support@nexcordt.com.
Sharing
- We do not sell your data.
- Nexcordt uses infrastructure and AI providers to operate the service; server structure sent for plan generation is used to produce your plan, not to train public models.
